2. Energy: a catalyst for action
To accompany the construction activity, to contain it and give it meaning, it is necessary to find a "driver", i.e. a thread that introduces fluid coherence among all the players involved.
This statement needs to be clarified to avoid any misunderstanding.
The construction industry was certainly the first to develop a corpus of project management tools. Historically, it has deployed a series of specialized tools for each stage of the process. But how can we explain the lack of satisfactory results across the entire value chain? In fact, every action has become instrumentalized, with more importance being attached to the procedure than to the result obtained. Form took precedence over substance. Corporatism took precedence over purpose. Partial logics overshadowed the collective stakes.
