Insurance

Apétiteur – Insurance company acting on behalf of all insurers under a group contract.

Reinsurance – Contract between an insurer and others covering the former's share of a contract's risks.

Recourse – Action by the injured party or victim against the party presumed liable.

Revaluation – Revaluation of a value due to changes in certain variables.

Risk – Uncertain event likely to cause damage and which may be covered by insurance.
