5.1 Regulations

This paragraph, originally intended for school heads, may nevertheless be familiar to slingers, even though they are not directly responsible for implementing certain obligations.

All devices placed between the load and the lifting device are considered in the regulations as lifting accessories.

The regulations specify not only the design and construction rules for fittings, but also the procedures for placing fittings on the market.

There are therefore several obligations:

• the builder's obligations ;

• the user's obligations.
