4. Delivery and warranties

The delivery of a building to its future occupants is preceded by acceptance (more precisely, by OPR: Opérations préalables à la réception, the term "acceptance" referring to the administrative act itself).

Site organization must take into account the fact that acceptance is generally global.

For example.

The company that carried out the structural work has to wait until the whole building has been completed (for example, until the carpets have been laid).

While we understand the owner's interest in this one-time reception, the consequences can be considerable for those involved.
