1.1 Reporting establishments (J 1)
These are establishments whose main purpose is to provide accommodation for elderly people with autonomy difficulties, regardless of the number of people accommodated, if the establishment's accommodation capacity is greater than or equal to 25.
It is the responsibility of the petitioner to provide evidence that his establishment falls within the scope of this article.
