12.  Rescue equipment

12.1  Extinguishing media (J 34)

Fire protection must be provided by :

  • portable water-spray extinguishers of at least 6 liters, judiciously distributed, with a minimum of one appliance per 200 m 2 and per level, so that the maximum distance to reach an appliance does not exceed 15 m;

  • fire extinguishers appropriate to the particular risks.
