3. Clearances

3.1 Clearance width (article R 13)

In mitigation of the first sub-paragraph of paragraph 2 of article GN 10 (section 2.7 of [TBA 3 000] ), clearances of three units or more in establishments, built before the date of publication of the decree of June 25, 1980, where the passage unit has been reduced from 0.60 to 0.50 m, retain the benefit of this mitigation when fitting out, enlarging or rehabilitating these same clearances.
