1. General

1.1 Establishments subject to regulation (article T 1)

The provisions of articles T are applicable to commercial establishments intended for exhibitions, fairs or shows of a temporary nature in which the number of members of the public is greater than or equal to one of the following numbers:

• 100 people in the basement;

• 100 people on floors and other elevated structures ;

• 200 people in all.

Permanent exhibition halls (for motor vehicles, boats, machinery and other large-scale capital goods) that are not used for fairs or exhibitions are covered by articles T.
