1. General

1.1 Establishments subject to regulation (article Y 1)

§ 1 The provisions of this chapter are applicable :

• museums ;

• halls for temporary cultural exhibitions (scientific, technical or artistic, etc.) where the total number of visitors is equal to or greater than one of the following figures:

  • 100 people in the basement,

  • 100 people on upper floors and other elevated structures,

  • 200 people in all.
