1.1 Work concerned

Under article R. 421-19 of the Code de l'urbanisme, planning permission is required for :

• the creation of housing estates ;

• land consolidations carried out by a free urban landholding association where the creation of common roads or areas is planned;

• developments located within the perimeter of an outstanding heritage site or in the vicinity of historic monuments (e.g., creation of a road, work modifying the characteristics of a road, creation of a public space);

• the creation or extension of a campsite accommodating more than 20 people or more than 6 leisure accommodations consisting of tents, caravans, mobile leisure homes or light...
