7. Budget estimate

7.1 Workforce

The company takes the "dossier de consultation des entreprises" (DCE), or the "decomposition du prix global et forfaitaire" (DPGF) file, which must be in the DCE. It extracts the values:

• of the total volume of concrete (foundation, elevation...) ;

• of the total floor area, including paving.

She then searches "her database" for the ratio of man-hours for all concretes.

Multiplying the total concrete ratio in cubic meters by the ratio laid in h/m ³ gives an estimate of the manpower required.
