4. Sealing overhangs

The waterproofing is continued beyond the end of the floor. It can drop about 20 cm below the wall/floor connection.

Waterproofing coatings are adherent.

Paradial S is a self-protecting, aluminum-coated SBS-bitumen waterproofing sheet for waterproofing flashings and gutters. Parastar is a weldable SBS bitumen-elastomer waterproofing sheet self-protected by mineral granules/flakes.
