cladding :

Exterior facade cladding in wood, panels, slate, etc.

capillary barrier :

Watertight strip located between different assembly elements. This part helps protect against humidity.

operating expenses :

Loads exclusively related to floor use.

additional expenses :

Permanent loads, generally structural or covering.

bracing :

Pieces of wood or panels used to ensure the stability of a structure.

stud :

Rod-shaped metal part, partly threaded, used to create a "complete, rigid, removable" connection between a part fitted with this stud and one or more other parts through which it passes, locked by a nut.
