3. Multi-phase current switch

  • The study made in paragraph 2 for the case of a three-phase voltage source can be extended without difficulty to the case of a polyphase source with any number of phases m.

    The corresponding elementary structure is shown in figure 16 a. It comprises two switching cells, each with m switches.
