7. Conclusion

Small electric motors are currently undergoing a major technological transformation in terms of design and integration. From now on, they will increasingly be required not only to generate forces, actions and movements, but also to present good electromechanical characteristics and performance, while integrating power supply and control devices as far as possible.

In addition, the design of small electric motors will increasingly have to take into account noise and vibration, electromagnetic compatibility and integration constraints, requiring the use of calculation tools implementing coupled physical models (magnetic, mechanical, electrical, thermal).
