1. Impact of generation connected to the PDS on the HVB network

The DSO is, vis-à-vis the TSO, a user. The conditions for connecting or modifying the characteristics of distribution system operators' facilities connected to the transmission system are governed by the provisions of Decree 2003-588 of June 27, 2003 and the Order of October 6, 2006 (see § 2.3.1 of [D 4 241] ).
