4. Solutions to reduce flicker

4.1 Increase short-circuit power

This is the first solution that comes to mind to reduce disturbances on a network. It involves reducing the short-circuit voltage of the distribution transformer. $(S_{ccd} = \frac{3}{2} \cdot \frac{V_{d}^{2}}{X_{d}} = \frac{3}{2} \cdot V_{d}^{2} \cdot \frac{I_{dn}}{V_{cc}}$
