5. Conclusion

Electricity distributors must make judicious use of their financial resources dedicated to distribution facilities, to ensure that their network is adapted to the context of the territory in which they operate, and operates as close as possible to the technical and economic optimum. The technical-economic approach applied to distribution networks corresponds fairly well to this notion of public service, taking into account not only the distributor's interests, but also those of users and local authorities.
