3. Design parameters

The design methodology, procedures and design parameters are valid for both rigid and flexible or flexible-rigid circuits.

The design of flexible or flexible-rigid circuits, comparable to the design of a rigid circuit, is carried out using the same CAD (computer-aided design) resources as for rigid circuits.
