3. Architectures
The aim of this chapter is to introduce the main architectures without prejudging the associated technology (solid state or tube). There are two amplifier architectures:
single-channel amplifier ;
recombination amplifier.
Amplifier architectures for active antennas are not covered here, as they are in other articles. .
