5. ProNet notifications between DMSs

When a DMS service detects an attack carried by traffic subject to one or more filters indicated by another DMS, notification messages are sent by this other DMS to alert it. The NOTIFY message is sent for this purpose. Figure 25 describes the steps involved in generating ProNet notifications.
