Here, we present the main forces governing computer languages. Some come from hardware (CPU, GPU, bus...) or interaction devices (keyboard, mouse, tactile surface...), but most are born of computing itself and its growing complexity.
2.1 Effectiveness
The first role of a description is to be useful, i.e. to be analyzable information on which to base knowledge. Thanks to the availability of computers, it can also be implemented and thus have an effect.
