5.1 Case statement

The case study is an application for managing hotel room reservations in French ski resorts. A group of hoteliers in the Alpine region has decided to outsource the centralized management of their reservations to an external organization called Yeti. Yeti has entrusted you with analyzing the problem, clarifying the requirements for the system, and conceptualizing a solution through the development of a conceptual diagram.
