Pathogen; Pathogen agent

Infectious agent that can cause a health disorder in certain individuals, humans or animals (virus, bacterium, parasite, fungus, prion, etc.).

Aggregate; Cluster

Statistically significant spatial grouping of objects or events.

Spatial analysis; Analyse spatiale

Data analysis that seeks to highlight structures, shapes or geometric characteristics of a set of objects, using their location. Spatial analysis also seeks to analyze the interactions and processes at the origin of these structures.
