11. Guided tour of a Cloud Computing platform
It's very easy to use these systems, and doesn't require a great deal of knowledge of how to set up systems and applications. By way of example, we'd like to take a look at Amazon's Cloud, which is the oldest and most mature cloud. The advantage of this service is that it can be used by individuals as well as very large organizations. Since the beginning of 2011, it has been possible to test the system free of charge for a year. Another reason for this choice is the availability of a console in a web browser to handle most administration operations without having to write scripts.
The aim of this example is to show how to set up a server with an application in the cloud in just a few minutes.
