4. Agile project risk management

Project risks are varied, and can affect both the management of a project portfolio and the single project itself. Project management methods, whether agile or not, must take into account the risk factors associated with them.

4.1 What is a project risk?

A project risk is a negative consequence associated with the occurrence of failures in the steering or management of a project.
