PUF based on the comparison of electrical propagation delays in two identical paths.

Microelectronic circuit custom-designed for a specific application.

BFSK (Binary Frequency Shift Keying)

Frequency shift keying, the binary data to be transmitted modulates the frequency of the transmitted signal over two frequencies (f ₀ , f ₁ ) corresponding to the two logic states high and low.
