3. Structures and procedures
Among the elements of organization, let's start by mentioning structures, i.e. hierarchical and functional organization charts, and procedures, i.e. the set of rules and formalities that must be observed, the acts that must be performed during certain operations carried out within the company, and which have a normative character. Methods for introducing ISS into an organization, and more specifically change management techniques, have much to borrow from experience gained in the field of quality.
