Acne; acne

A disease of the pilosebaceous follicle characterized by shiny skin, dilated pores and the presence of blackheads (comedones) and whiteheads (microcysts). The inflammatory form corresponds to bacterial proliferation (Propionibacterium acnes) inside these blackheads and whiteheads.

Alopécie androgénétique; androgenic hair loss

Gradual hair loss due to the influence of male hormones, particularly dihydrotestosterone. Common in men (affecting almost 70% of men); it also occurs in women, but progresses more slowly.
