6. 4-SBF with electron-rich substituent

To the best of our knowledge, there are only five examples in the literature of SBF derivatives substituted in position 4 with an electron-donating group being used as PhOLED host materials; they are shown in figure 14 . These molecules are derived from SBF substituted in C4 by a dibenzofuran (4-DBF-SBF) , dibenzothiophene (4-DBT-SBF)
