1. Pool heating

For open-air pools, which are used during the summer months, installations using unglazed collectors will be implemented. On the other hand, for indoor pools used all year round, solar energy will often be used to cover part of the domestic hot water requirements for showers and the heating of pool renewal water.

1.1 Outdoor pools

For systems used only during periods when there is no risk of frost, the diagram shown in figure 1 can be used.

Pool water is heated downstream of the filtration and water treatment systems.
