3. Introduction to the calculation method
RT 2012 sets out a number of requirements that newly-constructed buildings must meet.
These are of two kinds:
resource requirements ;
performance requirements.
3.1 Resource requirements
The means requirements include a set of mandatory equipment to be installed in buildings, as well as a set of safeguards guaranteeing minimum performance levels for equipment and implementation.
