1. De-rubbing. Degripping

The feeders are characterized by their modulus, and are attached to the part by the connecting neck, a narrowing zone designed to ensure a directed solidification gradient, but also to facilitate breaking (figure 1 ). The same applies to the feed system, which is connected to the part by sectional attacks designed to fill the part correctly, but also to break easily on the breaker grid (so-called self-breaking attacks). Other devices can be added to the casting system to facilitate separation.
