2. Texture determination

The various methods for determining crystallographic textures can be classified into two distinct categories:

  • polycrystalline diffraction methods ;

  • individual guidance methods.

In this article, we focus on polycrystalline diffraction methods, using X-ray diffraction, synchrotron radiation and neutron diffraction.
