Life Cycle Assessment (LCA); Analyse de Cycle Vie (ACV)

Global environmental impact assessment method whose principles and requirements are defined by standards ISO 14040 and 14044 . This tool makes it possible to quantify the impact of a process, service or product from design to end-of-life management. It is the preferred tool in the eco-design process.

eco-design; eco conception

An approach that involves integrating environmental protection considerations into the design of goods or services. The aim of eco-design is to reduce environmental impacts throughout the product life cycle.
