1.1 Participatory approaches

The objective of these approaches is total quality, which is pursued through the use of a wide variety of tools: piloted action plans, quality assurance, work groups, quality circles, statistical process control... These tools all involve working together, which improves information and training, mobilizes intelligence, facilitates communication, provides a framework for initiatives, and takes into account both general objectives and individual concerns.

• Quality circle: made up of volunteer members of the same team, it operates according to a standard scheme:
