2. Implementation of pre-coated steel sheets
Pre-coated sheet metal is a high-tech material, manufactured and inspected in the factory. Delivered in coils or sheets, it can be coated with a temporary protective film of 30 to 120 µm, adhesive or heat-sealed, when the forming equipment is not designed to use pre-coated material. . This film is removed after forming and assembly.
The packaging of the products is suitable:
to the mode of transport;
to the customer's handling equipment;
to the geographic destination;
to end use.
