Béton auto-plaçant; self-placing concrete
Self-placing concretes are characterized by the use of super-plasticizing admixtures and a smaller quantity of water than traditional concretes, guaranteeing easier processing (without vibration) without impacting mechanical performance after hardening.
Béton (fibré) à ultra haute performance; ultra high performance (fiber reinforced) concrete
Ultra-high-performance concretes benefit from the use of so-called super-plasticizing admixtures, while taking advantage of research carried out in the 1990s on granular stacking and the use of ultra-fine particles and reinforcing fibers. They feature a very low water/cement ratio and unrivalled mechanical performance in concrete.
