improving the properties of Nd-Fe-B magnets;
mastering the process of obtaining coercive powders with a view to manufacturing anisotropic bonded magnets offering an excellent quality/price ratio and capable of competing advantageously with ferrite magnets;
the development of new families of magnets, in particular HIREM-type magnets, with very high remanence.
