4. Analyze task flows, information flows, operations and their frequency

Depending on the importance of the tools you wish to implement, this stage can be carried out in one or two phases.

4.1 Phase 1: process approach

This approach is identical to that used to describe an organization in a quality approach. For example, you can use the QQOQCP method:

  • Who?

  • What?

  • Where?

  • When?

  • How?

  • Why?

The "how" of the process can be broken down into "activities", each defined by input and output data.
