6.1 Request for prior authorization for environmentally classified facilities, valid for declaration, registration and authorization.
If you have identified a change of regime in step 5, you must apply for prior authorization (L. 513-1 of Code de l’environnement ). This procedure allows you to bypass the declaration, registration or authorization procedure for a facility that complies with the legislation at the time of the regulatory change.
