3.1 Justify your choices using several criteria
One of the key aspects of HRA is the selection of substances. Any HRA must include an exhaustive inventory of all substances present on the site. You can choose to carry out the HRA for all these substances, but in practice, only those considered "risk-determining" are retained. It is therefore essential to justify this choice on the basis of several criteria: toxicity, behavior in the environment, knowledge of effects and TRVs, etc.
