5.1 Management review – Chapter 4.6 of ISO 14001
A management system review, chaired by top management, must be carried out periodically to verify that the system is relevant, adequate and effective.
In concrete terms, the management review is a meeting which generally takes place once a year. During this meeting, we analyze the results of audits, complaints, environmental performance through measurement results, the level of achievement of objectives, and the status of action plans. It is also an opportunity to redefine a new policy and objectives.
Management review reports will be formalized (meeting minutes).
