2. How to prepare for feedback?

2.1 Identify the ideal time to launch the feedback process

Feedback must be carried out once the crisis has been resolved and the situation has returned to normal, but should be initiated as soon as possible after the event, in order to avoid any loss of information.

Ideally, the feedback process should be launched a few days after the end of the crisis.
