4. Know the obligations related to the distribution of a substance identified as SVHC
As a distributor, you are identified as an article supplier. You may be concerned by two legal obligations if an SVHC substance is one of the constituents of the imported article:
an obligation to provide information;
an obligation to notify ECHA .
