1.1 Restriction principles and exemptions in Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACh)
The restriction is enshrined in article 67 and the following articles in Title VIII of REACh:
Restrictions enable risks to be managed at Community level, with substances at the level of their production, use and/or placing on the market.
