4. Ensuring long-term MMR performance
The Safety Management System (SMS) defines the process for ensuring that MMR performance is maintained over time. For all operating modes, the SMS must define :
identification of MMR ;
technical barrier management (purchase, installation, upkeep and maintenance);
feedback from experience;
change management.
