Expiry date

Date(s) from which the placing on the market and use of the substance must be prohibited unless an authorization has been issued which must take into account, if necessary, the production cycle for this use.

Date of authorization request

Date(s) at least 18 months before the expiry date by which applications for authorization must be received if users wish to continue to use this substance or place it on the market for certain specific uses after the expiry date.

Distributor

Any natural or legal person established in the Community, including a retailer, who carries out only the operations of storing and placing on the market a substance, on its own or in a mixture, on behalf of third parties.
