7. Under what conditions can "bulk" transport equipment be reused?

Bulk" materials can be reused as long as they offer the same guarantees as if they were new, and as long as they are not soiled by the materials transported. They must undergo periodic inspections by an inspection body at regular intervals. The inspection intervals for the various types of equipment are summarized in the table entitled Inspection intervals for bulk transport equipment (Tool Inspection intervals for bulk transport equipment ).
