3. Choose the animation tool
There are several tools you can use to run your training courses. They can be based, for example, on experience feedback or reminders of instructions.
3.1 The safety minute
It should not exceed 10 minutes and its frequency should be defined.
Usually a daily meeting, it provides an opportunity to review the day's work. If it takes place at the start of the shift, it concerns the work planned, the associated risks and preventive measures. If it takes place at the end of the day, it concerns the work carried out, and provides feedback on the difference between what was planned and what was actually done.
